How to Naturally Lose Belly Fat as Quickly as Possible
There are lots of ways to lose belly fat quickly. You can starve yourself of calories and/or carbohydrates. You can also do tons of exercise, especially that long, boring "cardio" exercise that so many people recommend. Neither are great options. Starving tends to slow down the metabolism -- not to mention make you crazy -- and exercise alone is definitely not the fastest way to lose stomach
